Please note that we run credit and criminal background checks on all applicants. The $40.00 application fee is non refundable.

If you have collections, evictions, under a 620 credit score, or other issues that will show up on a background check, then you will get denied.

All applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid social security number. We require a co-signer for anyone that is under the age of 21. The co-signer must also submit an application and fee.

You will have 48 hours after approval to send us the security deposit to hold the unit. After 48 hours, the unit will go to the next applicant.
